Extraordinary
An extraordinary scholarship may be awarded to a student at any time during his/her studies, it doesn't matter whether he/she is studying full-time or combined form. Scholarships may be awarded on the basis of a proposal:
EXTRAORDINARY SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED BY THE DEAN
It is awarded to students based on the decision of the Dean of FAV for various circumstances occurring during the study. For example, it is usually awarded to students in the first year of bachelor's and postgraduate degree programmes who meet the specified requirements. Therefore, follow the official board section of the internal regulations.
SCHOLARSHIPS AWARDED ON THE PROPOSAL OF DEPARTMENTS
Extraordinary scholarships can also be awarded based on a proposal from the department. These scholarships are most often awarded to students who are participating in some way in the research or scholarly activities of the department or are engaged in activities related to the functioning of the department. Please check with your supervisor for opportunities in departmental projects.
EXTRAORDINARY SCHOLARSHIP AWARDED BY THE RECTOR
Based on the decision of the Rector of the West Bohemian University, the extraordinary scholarship is granted in various circumstances, e.g. for excellent results or representation of the West Bohemian University.
